In Niagara Falls my friend was climbing around during an urban adventure in the abandoned jailhouse in Historic Downtown.. check out what he captured on video near the end of clip.. its 100% real!

Haha! I have heard ring tones that sound like that. Or couldn't the phone ring have been an office nearby [?] - Maybe they do tours? I do like to rule out the obvious first. :) I don't know...why would a "message from beyond" have an office phone ringing? LoL

My first thought was that if it was an old and derelict building, why did it have a modern phone ring?
